Yes. It is pretty strange to see a 12 year old hanging around with a 16 year old. Try inviting more people along?

Reply 2

depends if your going as friends or not imo.

Reply 3

well if it's just a friend, there's not harm in that. You shouldn't be embarassed by them.

Reply 4

No there's nothing weird about that.
Me and my sister have a 3 year age gap and we always hang together.
I doubt people will notice or care anyway.

Reply 5

why do you know a twleve year old anyway, weirdo.

i go to school in a taxi and shes in it. we go to the same school. also shes deaf and so am i. so we both go to learning support in school and frequently see each other there...

I think its great you're friends with a 12 year old, i don't why there's a whole 'stick to friends your own age thing' ive been friends with a girl for 8 years and there's a 4 year age gap between us like you, 12 and 16 but we're completely on the same level, she's more mature than me though :p: I really don't see why in any way a 12 and 16 year old hanging out should be weird at all  x

I have a friend who's 13 years older than me-I first met her through her boyfriend who was one of my best friends' older brothers (he (my friend) was 21 at the time-so I suppose theres a trend here....) when I was 16 and she was 29, I really dont see anything wierd about being friends with someone older/younger than you.

You best be feeling guilty now that you know why.

Theres nothing weird with it, although inviting more people along would make it seem more normal if thats what your worried about

Reply 10

I wouldn't worry about it, people might presume you're sisters anyway

I know there are different kind of deafness. Some deaf people can hear more than others and don't even need subtitles however, they're probably useful.

TO OP: Who cares what anyone thinks, enjoy yourself! Release your inner child.

why do you come and post pointless crap thats totally unproductive and hurtful. I don't think there is a problem going as friends. i mean don't know a great deal about deafness but i can't believe there are bucket lodas of deaf people near where you live...go for it

and seiously i hope the OP was some goliath super mod with some killer ability to neg you :p: ... and that you careabout rep points
