Yeah to a certain extent. I don't visit the temple often because I prefer to worship at home in my own personal temple. But I am devout.

The Vatsyayana is very important but it isn't necessarily sacred for my particular branch of Hinduism.
Personally, I don't find it difficult to date other people outside my religion and ethnicity. My family are quite liberal so race and religion aren't a massive deal.
