Depends on what made you feel this way - if it was a particular event, talking it over with some-one may help, especially if it was something who understands what happened and how it has affected you. If it's just life in general, taking time off to get away from it all is the best thing you can do.

If you're not sure who you are anymore, how do you find out again?

Ask yourself.

Hope this helps...

Create a new vision of yourself. You are who you make yourself to be.

Try new things and challenge yourself - sounds clichéd, I know, but one of the best ways to discover 'who you are' is to push yourself and see how you react. It can be anything from going to uni, to doing a charity hike!

But don't forget, not many people truly know who they are - if you feel like you've no identity in that sense, then I think it's something a lot of people, me included, have gone through

re-establish your goals, morals, values and where you want to go in life.

All I can think of what NOT to do is talk to somebody! That will make it worse, from my experiences anyway. I agree with blackswan.

You mean like talking to a cousellor or therapist of some sort? I can sort of understand why: is it to do with you being misinterpreted and misconceived then being made into what they think you are or should be?

^ I actually meant talking to friends/family, because they will got the wrong impression of me thinking I was some problem child, and because I felt like a failure when I admitted I had some problems to my friends.

I talked to a career advisor every 2 weeks in Year 11 and it was actually really helpful. She also became a mentor to me because I told her my problems at home, with education, and with friends and she was very supportive and gave really great ideas to help improve myself. I suggest you go off to Connexions actually, lol, really helpful!
