Does my parent's credit rating affect me?

I want to apply for a student loan, but both of my parents have IVAS going on and I live with them. Otherwise I have no debts or owe anything myself. But will their credit rating and finance affect me getting student finance?

No, it won't and your credit rating has no affect on student loans either.

However, their income/savings will affect the amount of loan you can receive.
