Property Law - joint tenancy and trust
I'm dealing with a problem solving question on property law, regarding the co-ownership and severance of joint tenancy.
What I'd like to ask is - two legal joint tenants, A and B, who were unmarried couple and shared the mortgage repayments. Shortly afterwards, their relationship broke down. A left the house and B started a new relationship with C. C then started paying the remaining mortgage repayments of A.
In this situation, is B held on trust of C and what the situation of A in afterwards?
