I wouldn't be able to translate this accurately because it doesn't actually make sense in English

google translate says

De nombreux avantages et inconvénients se posent à la question donnée quant à savoir si les effets des nouvelles technologies constituent une menace pour l'adolescent moderne.

it actually seems accurate, but it doesn't make sense to me in english so I can't offer an alternative translation myself

I guess you didn't include accents cos you can't do them?

And La nouvelle technologie* Nouveau in all of its forms comes before the noun

Si l'on l'utilise 't'inquiète' c'est l'impératif.
Commanding you not to worry lol

I have seen t'inquiète pas a few times so I use that correctly, but j'avais pensé que pour former l'impératif, on utilise juste the present tense conjugation of the verb according to who you're telling to do it, but remove the personal pronoun lol, je suppose que j'avais tort

(On n'a pas encore été l'enseigné, donc c'était une estimation à la louche)

Je suppose qu'en français parlé, je me le permettrais
