Another weight loss thread!!!!(no abuse please,lol)

Ok, before I start I know to lose weight you need exercise and healthy eating blah blah blah. But I need to lose 10 pounds by max 2 weeks!! I know its a tall order but its necessary I dont mind fasting or anything, ive had problems with an ed before so I will do anything! I need help, has anyone had any good experiences with diet pills that actually work!!

Diet pills are useless. It's not a good idea to lose weight that fast, but if you HAVE to do it then I would suggest keeping your calorie intake at 1500 and completely cutting out all carbohydrate.

just remember that what you lose that fast you regain as fast, and double!

consider eating properly and exercising regularly after the whatever-it-is, to avoid this situation in future...

to answer your question fully, do some research on water manipulation on the body, for example what bodybuilders do about a few out from competition. then wear a sweat suit in the sauna or steam room.

not healthy by any means its the blunt answer to your question.

I seriously think that the only viable option in two weeks would be to lose the legs... but you know, they're probably better left where they are.

I've got a big party im going to and my ex boyf will be there, and I want to blow his socks off(not in a dirty way,lol) and look georg! I think im just gna do the 2468 diet but with a fast inbetween! so monday-200 cals, tuesday-400 cals, wed- 600, thurs- 800 fri and sat and sunday fast and then repeat, do you think that sounds ok, it would only be for 2 weeks!

10 pounds in two weeks is not impossible. follow a strict diet and excercise more than you do know. do not eat candy, fizzy drinks, cookies or whatever, nothing with sugar. (fruit is ok) eat regurarly, do not eat bread, pasta, rice or potatoes, (if you must, not more than once a day)exchange it with veggies. eat small portions and do not drink any alcohol, actaully do not drink anything if it is not water.

without taking diet pills or eating nothing, this is all i can think of when it comes to a somewhat healty diet. offcourse you can take it even further by only eating raw veggies and fruit but i do not recommend a two week diet of that, where you after go back to yuor normal eating habits.

I know, its just hard, ive always had weight troubles, i now weigh 110 pounds and feel so obese, i think the 2468 diet will work for me, then after this party i can concentrate on healthy eating!

i just sooo wanna get to under 100 pounds!!!! i cant wait for that:smile:

Struggling to be tactful with this, but you say you've had issues with ED's and so I'm sure you're familiar with the idea of triggers...Maybe posts like that aren't such a good idea.
