feel sick every morning

ok every day when i wake up i feel sick even if i only drunk a little the night before. never have a headache with it so i know it's not a hangover but what i think is it could be the need for a cigarette? i smoke every evening but not usually so much during the day so i was wondering if that was possibly related and whether perhaps i need to smoke when i wake up or whether that would make it worse/unrelated?

thoughts?

Maybe you should eat some breakfast as soon as you get up, some dry toast or crackers or something like that.

Im not sure if needing a cigarette would make you feel sick though.

Are you sure you're not pregnant (if you're female that is!!)

i'm DEFINITELY NOT pregnant. lol

i pretty much always have breakfast; then afterwards go back to bed to avoid throwing up.

If its a regular thing then you need to see your GP. Perhaps smoking in the evening is making you sick, maybe the taste of it in your mouth makes you feel nauseous first thing in the morning.

What kind of sick feeling is it? I mean, do you actually heave? Or get stomach ache? Or is it more of a sickly feeling - like hunger pains or butterflies?

Quit smoking for gods sake, if it doesnt improve see your GP

just nauseous kind of feeling, not actually heaving but i can feel that if i wasn't trying to hold it down then i'd probably throw up.

It could be something to do with acid reflux or over-production of acid whilst your asleep (do you get heartburn?) . Best to see your GP though... and quit the fags

Do you mean physically sick or just ill?

Are you stressed or anxious? I got this for a while after breaking up with my boyfriend, and also tend to get it around exam time or if I have a big project due in. This mornign I felt sick and had to go lie down, I think its coz I had so much work to do it was overwhelming, I've done it now and I feel fine again.
I remember being terrified I was pregnant when it happened several days in a row once! Lol was just stressed out.

not really. i'm worried i'm doing something wrong at uni because i've never got any work to do but that's about it.

physically sick. 2 mornings in the last week i've intentionally thrown up after breakfast to get rid of the feeling.

Are you sure? According to the bible, you don't have to have sex to get pregnant.

This might sound silly, but are you eating enough in the evenings?

I've gone to bed hungry before and actually thrown up the next morning. I think all the acid built up in my stomach. Just a thought.
