I'm doing lord of the flies as part of my GCSE English lit exam. I'm just gonna try and reread it as many times as possible and try to plan out questions (for example thinking about the significance of each character, item (e.g. the conch and place in the book). Don't know if that gonna help but i hope it does as I want to do a level English lit!

Yeah that's the route I am going down too, but looking at past exam questions they look quite hard !!

I haven't done any revision yet. I think I'll probably start English sooner to the time

Re-read the book and pick out themes such as friendship, the change in civility within the boys, good and evil etc it's really helps. Pick out key quotes for each theme and learn a few by heart so you're not wasting time flipping through the book in he exam.

Haven't even picked up the book yet, seriously need to start reading it. I think i'll just memorize some quotes and ask my teacher for some exam questions.

This ebook on kindle is really good for notes on lord of the flies.

There are so many themes that come up but I guess some are similar e.g. conflict and violence ?
