    Hiya,
Plasma is a yellowy liquid within the blood. It contains red blood cells, white blood cells and platelets.

    Formed elements are the cells.

Plasma is the fluid that contains proteins, glucose, electrolytes etc.

Combine these together and you get blood.

Plasma is the fluid containing fats, proteins, glucose, etc.

The blood cells (erythrocytes, leucocytes) are found suspended in the plasma, but aren't part of the plasma. The plasma is just the fluid and the substances dissolved in it.

Blood is made up of the plasma plus the cells.
Tissue fluid and lymph are just the plasma.
