Also doing this unit. We finished G481 in November, have done 2 mocks for it already, done our ISA, retakes after half term, and only have the stuff on photons left in G482. I find G481 quite straight forward really, especially doing M1 in maths, Main issue i think is with explanations on Energy and things like that.

Ahhh yes:yep: mec is really quite easy. And if you do M2 energy comes up there depending on the board.

Not revising yet as I feel this is my best exam probably. Will do it all via past papers however.

I could not find a thread for this year's mechanics paper for physics OCR A.
Therefore I made this.

You guys can share resources, knowledge and predictions here.

I will start: http://www.st-ambrosecollege.org.uk/...sics-as-level/
This is a very good resource!

Edit: Exam is on 19th of May. Not June. I accidentally wrote that when making the thread and i cannot change it now aha.

Decent! Plunged straight into the past papers!! I think using the legacy forces and action papers for this module is very helpful as well.
How about you?

I started this week. Dropping about 5 marks a paper so need to tighten up a few areas.
What's 'legacy forces and action papers'? Pardon my ignorance

Lol you are clever aha! I drop 10-15 marks per paper! Mostly due to the explanation questions. And they are basically past papers before 2009 for the module except they go under the name of "forces and motion"
you can get them on the past papers section on the website.
