Speed cameras?

Hello I was driving through a village yesterday which had a temporary 20mph sign flashing for the school, the thing is everyone was driving at the usual 30mph speed limit. I was just wondering if the average speed cameras outside the village would take into consideration the 20mph or limit or would it take 30 as the norm? thanks in advance.
Cameras for < 30 mph are rare so most likely 30. Speed limits are such a a load of crap.

Thanks! It's just it was a temporary speed and everyone ignored it really and I was worrying incase speed cameras were to register the schools 'coming out time' therefore ensuring your speed should be 20. Tell me about it the road I'm on about has average speed cameras for roughly 60 miles straight 😐

You should be finE.
You should be fine in terms of speed cameras. However, please remember if a police officer was in the area, you would be having a ticket right about now.
