How would you solve

tanA=1?

(Btw it's pi not pie)

Arctan (1) = pi/4

therefore, theta + pi/3 = pi/4

You can do the rest. Remember multiple solutions/ period of tanx is pi

A= tan inverse of 1

Let A = Theta + pi/3
Therefore Tan(A) = 1
Solve for A within your range
substitue all values into A = Theta + pi/3 and solve for theta, check what values of theta are within your range.
