Quit!

Reply 2

But I've lost so much that I can just sit back and relax even if I quit.

Reply 3

Well should never of bet that much in the first place! Control is a powerful tool.

It was over a period of 4 days. My friend went up £2300, another went up £1200 and I went down £1000.

Reply 5

Did you really have that much money to just throw away, even if it was over 4 days...which means you don't have control so stop before you loose even more. Anymore and you could call it addiction.

Reply 8

Roulette is all about luck, and sometimes you get lucky other times you don't.

Reply 10

Just go for it again.

Good luck :yy:

Reply 11

HOUSE.... ALWAYS...WIN...

except that you suck, everyone sucks at gambling.. and your friends will end up losing more than you... be sensible and quit while your behind.

Reply 12

You should gather up all the funds you can and try to win it back asap.

Hope this helps

Seriously, count yourself lucky you only lost a grand. People who start off just like you have lost EVERYTHING and I mean everything, even what they never owned in the first place. Just put this down to being a rubbish gambler and never go at it again. The odd fiver here and there never hurt anybody but don't let it get out of control.

jesus, what was your system?!

Ok ok, i cant help at roulette... I CAN give you a system for blackjack though...

Basically you can earn about £13,000 total from it BUT you need to play PERFECT blackjack - ie how the books say, you stand to lose 0.5% of the time (house edge) with it BUT you get deposit bonuses and when you meet the playthrough you make a profit.

eg.

£100 deposit, and you get 100% free... £100 free, with a playthrough of 12x... meaning you have to stake £200*12 = £2400 before you can withdraw..

so if you play perfect BJ, you stand to lose 0.5% of your stake total, or 0.5% of £2400 = £12 - you lose £12 in the long long run, on average. You might lose £100, you might win £100, but generally you'll be around £12 loss... that means you stand to make £100 (deposit bonus) - £12 = £88 on average profit.

do that over the 100s of casinos online and your looking at a neat lil profit.

BUT its time consuming, 100 hands/hour on $0.5 limit would take 40-80 hours roughly

or umm pm me and i'll get you into poker, all the latest offers, a good strategy etc.

always remember though, if the whole world staked themselves on roulette (people were chips) - red or black, just under half would be winners, and about (american roulette) 343,430,016 people would be won by the house.

therefore, to win at roulette you need 2 things;

1. To be lucky
2. To never return if you get lucky.

Should I go back into the casino and try to win it back or quit.

I worked in a bookies for the summer, and in there they have unlimited jackpot gaming machines. And on one of the machines you can play roulette.

Now, When I first started there, A bloke came to the till and collected a grand from us... thought to myself... damn... he must have a good tactic.

The third time I was in there.... He put in £300 and then came upto the till and took home another grand.

(Theres a monitor button on the tills where you can watch what they're doing)

then the next time I saw him... he put in £600 and collected £1000.

he said he was going to spend that on a holiday for himself and his children.

The next week he came in... and put £1400 into the roulette machine.

The day after that, he put in £700.

Then the day after that he put in another £1400...

and then the day after that he lost £1200...

Then the day after that... I did a 12hour shift... and he was in there from 11am til 7pm at night.

HE had a break around lunch for a bit... but he lost crap loads... I didnt even keep track, but I did see him running back and forth to the cash point opposite and he didnt collect anything.

Moral of the story, some days ya win. Some days ya lose. But you mostly lose.

BUT: If you've lose £1000; it doesnt seem that you're that good a gambler!

I think you should write it off to that wonderful thing called experience and never gamble again.
