Why is this in H&R?

Well I was thinking mainly because it was to do with confidence and how that affects your interpersonal relationships.

The only time I use my themes is when I'm approaching women, for example.

Chill out deary. Aunt Flo visiting?

I don;t know if it counts, but when I need motivation for exercise I usually put some Rammstein on - Benzin, Moskau, Links and some others.

LOL.

I have a theme  atm it is Starlight by Muse. That starting riff just makes me feel amazing

Although if I need to have words with myself/feel miserable etc, I tend to sing Sorrow by Pink Floyd to myself. That or Sheep.

I wasn't thinking workout tunes, no.

I mean songs you imagine in your head when you want a confidence boost (primarily when approaching someone you're interested in, but for anything I guess).

I was thinking mainly because of the mental health issues, but hey.

Up-beat ska usually does it for me. Sleep also helps. And caffine/sugar. yeah.

If I have to walk across a room or summat, I always hum Donna Summer's "Hot Stuff" in my head. Very effective and stops me from falling over.
the rest of the time I'm to busy concentrating on not falling over to think about a tune in my head.

A theme ehh? N.E.R.D Lapdance. (obviously for my stripper moods). Boosts confidence, makes me feel like dancing. I don't know, my confidence levels are too high anyway, and often make me aggressive. It was for this behavioral problem my doctor actually asked me if I was on drugs....maybe I need a new theme?

Benny Hill.

Life is so much better with that theme...
