on weekdays and weekends?

Me:

Weekday: 9.30pm-5.30am

Weekend: 10-11pm - 7am

weekdays usually 12-7 however if work is due 3-8
weekends/ friday (usually either out or at pub) 4/11

On a weekday, I get up at 6.30 AM and go to sleep at 11-11:30 PM, whereas on weekends I get up at 8-9 AM and go to bed at around 12 PM.

Weekday: 1am - 7am

Weekend: 2am - 8am

Sometimes it changes so not really fixed times

Weekdays: Anywhere from 1-3am / 8am
Weekends: Usually go out and will probably sleep at mate's house, 1-6am / 12-2pm

EDIT: Wow how do you people sleep so early!? Lol

Do you feel refreshed after 6 hours sleep?

I tried 6 hrs sleep but I was tired when I woke up haha

Weekdays: 0300 - 0630

Weekends: 0000 - 0700

That's the usual. If work is due, it may be a bit later. Though, it's never really before 0000. Too much to do before sleeping!

Not A-Levels but IB:

Weekdays: Between 11pm - 3am and wake up 6am
Weekends: 1am - 11am

Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers here ~ and yes, they are slowly killing me too.

Weekdays - 12am-1am - 6am-7:30am
Weekend - 12am-2am - 8am-11:30am

Weekdays - 10pm - 8am
Weekends - Varies. 11pm - 9am OR 3/4am - 11am if I go out.

Yes I sleep quite a bit.
