Philosophy Applicants for the University of Sheffield - 2015 entry

I noticed that a thread like this doesn't exist for Sheffield Uni. I would like to know people's perceptions of the University, the course and whether or not the university would be there firm choice? So, let's start this up, and make a post! I accepted an offer from Sheffield last year to study Philosophy (BA), though later transfered onto the Philosophy and Hispanic Studies (BA) course early on in my gap year.

Also, any present UoS students studying Philosophy, could you shed some insight on the course and general atmosphere of the University as a whole?
