Yes, stretch width ways, but a girl's vagina isn't a magic portal, it doesn't just elongate. Eventually you bash against something, and both parties will be in pain.

I thought he was talking about the thickness, as I imagine such a large penis would have a large girth. But actually the cervix moves back when a woman is aroused, and some women's vaginas are just longer anyway. It shouldn't be a shameful thing.

It actually does. It's called tenting. Not to that degree, but at that length there would be blood flow issues for the male so it's not ever going to be an issue.
