I have an English speaking exam coming up and it would be helpful what topics to do, they are based on for and against and having to be persuasive about the answer you give. please help!!!
Is this your singular, paired or speaking one?

My class debated on topics such as euthanasia, abortion, is religion the main cause of war, homosexuality, etc. The more controversial, the better it appears! Just pick something you can talk about for a long time, speak clearly and show that you are responding well and you'll do well :smile:
Anything controversial. Me and my group did an debate on whether the age of consent should be lowered, and both sides had a very convincing argument, and everyone in my group got A*s. You need a topic which has valid points on both sides and will make people think about and even reconsider their opinions.
