Edit: Now I actually have a different question which I am stuck at:

If the area plated with seedlings continued to decrease at the rate it did between year 5 and 15, what would the size of the area plated with seedlings be in year 25?

Consider:

What was the area in year 5?
What was the area in year 15?

Hence how much did it decrease by?


Then subtract that amount again from the year 15 figure to get your answer.
