    Yes there fine. Some medical schools actually prefer contrasting subjects aswell.

    I think they're absolutely fine unless you are applying to oxbridge require three sciences. I'm currently doing, biology, chemistry, psychology and physics

    Seconded. Most require Biology & Chemistry but usually aren't too concerned with the remaining subjects, just as long as you get a good grade in them!
