    Depends how long you've been up. I had this mornings latte glass next to last nights wine glass(es) until about 5 minutes ago so I'd probably say no but it's your decision. If you feel you "need" it it is probably not a good idea, if you "want" it then it's a little different perhaps.

    Yes. 5pm rule, mate. That's unless you're having one as part of an event e.g a restaurant lunch or something.

    I'm revising at the same time.. I'm getting in the saturday mode as I will be drinking later and as I'm not a big drinker my body need preperation.

    I wouldn't usually start but if you are in a car (passenger) or train etc then by all means imbibe in a spot of alcohol tasting me old meatball.

    What time do pubs open? 11am.

    So you can only start drinking after 11am.

    Unless you had a party the night before and you have a hangover. Then it is acceptable to start drinking the moment you wake up. I find sipping a jagerbomb with breakfast helps give you that kick to start the day.
