Slendertone flex belt HELP

Idiot guide instructions if you have 5 spare mins pse
Step 1: Throw it in the bin.
Step 2: Go for a run.
Step 3: Eat a salad.

I run, lift, eat healthy and use Slendertone. I have a ridiculously slow metabolism to contend with.

What is it exactly you're struggling with?

I laid the belt out.
Take the film off the pads but don't throw it away.
Put the 'squared side' of the pads onto the metal studs (within the White lines).
The big squared pad I put directly onto my belly-button and the other two sit between my hip bones and ribs but you need to find the place which is comfortable for you.
Fasten at the back.
Attach the controller.

Controller:
Press the button on the left
The 'P' selects duration
use the ^ on both sides to determine intensity. On my abs belt I press them both at the same time but get an error that way with the arms accessory.

When finished reapply the film to the pads then roll up the belt. Have two days off a week.
