Would anyone care to shed some light on what life would be like for a Meteorology and Oceanography Warfare Officer in the RN?

Also, is it worth potentially going to Uni and getting a Masters beforehand?

Many thanks in advance!

You'd start off your training as a Warfare Officer and then have the opportunity later in your career to sub-specialise in HMO.

And I'd advise against it, you can gain a Masters in the service and it wouldn't especially benefit you in comparison to other candidates.

Any other questions, feel free to ask.
