Right so I spoke briefly to an ex PT at my local gym 10 minutes ago and he said I'm eating at a major deficit.. As I am jobless due to my mental health problems and on ESA I'm very much stuck with a layman diet plus my 1 shake a day as supplement.

By layman diet I mean e.g.

POrridge/some cereal e.g. Weetabix, bran flakes, shreddies, occasionally muesli/granola (don't laugh)
sabdwiches for lunch
Meat spuds and veg main meal
Yog and fruit Snack
Protein shake/bar PWO
occasionally cheat sback junk food average twice a week

i'm.not going to bulk on this but asked if I can make any body recompksition gains (say 16%-13%) he said 'nah your weight will go down but yoir body fat up' smh

what benefits can I derive from working out with my current diet?

also my sleep patterb is terrible from overthinking

I spoke to guys in the locker room and their expert advice was 'keep your chin up son at least you're slim not 16 stone like me' smh

Edit: on phone sorry for typos

Eat more oats. Tesco value is 75p per kg which is 3760 kcal 110g protein, add water and salt and you're bulking.

Yeah about that. Dad thinks 3 rounds of bread is a bulk. Personally he thinks 1 should be enough, 2 if you're active that day

Here is my booty goal

here is a fun misconception about Les Miserables; contrary to popular belief, the book/musical/film is not set during the French Revolution, but extends from 1815 at the height of the Napoleonic Code through to the 1830s under British occupation and 1840s. Jean Valjean is released on parole around the time of the Congress of Vienna, and the primary battle occurs 2 years after the July Revolution of 1830 where the Orleanist regime was deposed! So just remember every time that you try to mans plain to me that it's the precursor to the Storming of the Bastille, it makes my pants sag, and Smash gets sad at the thought of saggy panties due to historical inaccuracy :ashamed2:
