    I'm guessing predicted grades because unless you declare/cash in your AS grades they are really official and don't have to be put on UCAS form.

    Relevent work experience to the course seems IMO to be more important, however, relevent voluntary work (if possible) is probably seen just as good

    -predicted grades
    -work experience

    Work experience or voluntary work? A combination of both definately looks good. It depends what is relevant to the course you are applying for.
