Hi All,
I am studying the new AQA A Level Philsoophy spec and have a mock exam on Friday... I am REALLY freaking out. Our teacher is not a Philsophy specialist and I feel at times that we have to teach the content to ourselves as our teacher can get a little confused.
However, myself and others are struggling with the design theory (teleological) as well as Ontological Arguments for Philosophy of Religion and Empiricism etc for Epistemology - any tips?
Thanks,
Oliver and others!

I'm doing the same course, and though my teacher is specialised in philosophy, I too feel like I have to do a lot of home study because the lessons are focused towards the lower-end of the class.
What I've been doing is, I've bought "AQA AS Philosophy" by Dan Cardinal, and I've highlihted the entire thing and made really extensive notes from the highlighted parts. I've found summarizing arguments into bullet points also helps too.
My notes are reaching the 20,000+ word length area though, so perhaps I've gone too far. Anyhow, If you need any help with a particular argument I can try and explain it?

Hello what books do you recommend for aqa philsophy?
I have read a few review for aqa branded books and seen that they are not good or worth buying.

The Puzzle or God by Peter Vardy is pretty good, so is Hick. Go ask in your college library, they may have some that your teachers have specifically asked for.
