Vocational training for Vet Nurse qualification.

Hello!
I am currently applying for a job as a training vet nurse. I was wondering if anyone here can give me some advice to what I can expect and any advice on interviews/looking for positions.

I know its super hard work but I don't know the details. Do we have exams? What are the assignments? What is the pay like when your training?

I contacted over 40 teaching practices and only a few of them were interested and only one invited me for an interview (which was yesterday). So not to put all eggs in one basket; I am here asking for advice.

I have all necessary qualifications as well as a degree in Animal Behaviour and Welfare; which is why I am going to this kind of training rather than going to University.

Any help from those also looking for training, training and qualified nurses would be awesome!
