ask for most affordable city with least expensive cost of living

Dear all
I come from Hanoi, Vietnam and I tend to apply to master course of Real Estate this summer. There are some universities which are available for my choice as follows:
1. London (x)
2. Reading (x)
3. Manchester
4. Newcatle
5. Bristol
6. Nottingham
7. Birmingham

Certainly I admit that living cost in London (x) is so so expensive and tuition fees of Reading (x) is high for my financial status. Some friends in Vietnam who studying in UK told me that they pay only 500 GBP per month for all in Birmingham. I don't know is that true?.
My target when choosing the affordable city for me is
1. Least expensive living cost
2. Eventful environment and modern architect :smile: ( I am active young man)
3. It is great if I have more changes of partime works.
