OCR Evaluative Task Walkthrough

Hi,
I was hoping you guys might help walkthrough the Evaluative task with me?

1 (a) Process the raw data in the most suitable way and record it in the space below.

For this question I'm not sure what to do. I'm assuming we just put the data on a table and provide the appropriate percentages, means etc? Or does this include possibly doing statistical tests as well?
I'm mostly confused about this question, the rest of the questions are all based on the processed raw data. So if you know how to process it, the following questions should be ok.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. My text books don't have a great deal of information on the practical tasks. I'm studying this on my own by the way, so I was hoping I could get someone's opinion who knows what they're talking about.
