Hi, I'm stuck on a question from M4 chapter 2, ex. 2A, question 11:
A smooth ball, mass 2kg, is moving in the xy plane, and collides with a smooth vertical wall, which contains the line y=x. Velocity before impact: (4i + 2j)ms-1. Coefficient of restitution in 1/3.
find the velocity after the impact.
I'm completely stuck, is anyone able to help me??
