I accidentally right clicked and copied some text, but is there a way to undo that so that I can have the thing that I copied before back again?

Go to a word document, open your clipboard - it should come up with a list of the stuff you've copied/cut - delete the one you don't want.

I think he's meaning he copied something then copied something else, but wants to paste the first thing.

Ok about to try this.

I had some text that I had copied on internet pages so wasn't using word. I then copied something else which replaced the rest of the stuff I had copied. Will this work with using word?

It'll be in the "Edit" menu if it's an older version of Word, I'm not too sure on the newer version - but it'll come up if you type it in the "Help" bar.

I tried it and it only has the last thing that I copied, not anything before. What can I do. Is there a system clipboard as word was closed the entire time.

Honestly I'm not too sure - might just be easier to copy it again.

I can't as from many different sites from ages ago - I can't remember where they are from. Seems silly you don't get a history or what you copied

There's probably a way, just not one I know.

I've never been aware of this functionality unfortunately, so I'm doubtful whether it exists in vanilla windows.

The best solution is really to go through your history, I suppose, until you stumble on the page.

I googled and looked around but it doesn't seem like sorry. :c There's programs that save your clipboard history but unless you have them open at the copy of copying I doubt they can retrieve them. Sorry
