    This is the specific question:

    Given the high costs of litigating tort claims, as well as the costs of possibly deterring
    beneficial activities as a result of the threat of tort claims, is tort law justified, or
    would we be better off eliminating it or curtailing it drastically? If so, for which areas
    would you eliminate or restrict civil actionability of torts, and what if anything should
    replace it? What role should insurance considerations play in addressing these
    matters? Consider these questions with respect to at least two of the following areas of
    tort law:
    1. Personal injury negligence claims.
    2. Property damage negligence claims.
    3. Claims against public bodies.
    4. Claims for recovery under Hedley Byrne and its progeny.
    5. Defamation and privacy claims.
    6. Nuisance claims.

    No idea what sources to use, any suggestions on comprehensive readings for this would be very appreciated!
