Say it like you mean it and while you're both doing something you both really enjoy doing.

Not just randomly as soon as you see her or after your first date!

If you think it's going to make her feel awkward, why are you saying it? I'd keep quiet about it until you think it's going to feel right.

First time I told my boyfriend I loved him face-to-face I just stared into his eyes, told him honestly and it didn't feel awkward one bit  you'll know when it's time to say it because you don't have to plan it or think about it - but good luck

Oh yeah and going out with her first usually helps too lol

Reply 5

if you're scared to say it, show it. and in the process, make her love you.

Eh? I'm not the one asking the question hahaha

just say it, who cares about making her feel awkward.

awkwardness is fun. such an unnecessary worry.

I've been going out with her for about 3 months now and I still really cant get over her. I know it wont make her feel awkward but still, she'll think I've said the 'magic word' now and stuff.

That's not what you were saying at 3am lol :p:

Reply 12

Yeah, Can't get enough. As in I still feel that heavy amount of attraction for her even though we see each other everyday for a long period of time. I just want to tell her I love her so bad because she still thinks I dont (and this attracts her towards me because she wonders why, so I just play along.) but I really want to tell her I do now, because I truly do.

lol that's a WHOLE different story. mine's like... stalkage/infatuation. if i actually had somebody to say "i love you" to, i so would, despite potential awkwardness.

I'm not asking for anything else but for you to tell me HOW to say it. Like in what situation would you say it? Over dinner? Randomly? Kiss her and then say it? How?

i may not give you the reply you want since i promote awkwardness in these situations; my philosophy is that if you can't avoid le awkwardness, why try. just say it when it feels right. next time you see her, it'll probably be all you'll think about. eventually it'll escape your mouth and wahey.

i think randomly is what i mean. go for it

randomnly 100%! my x-boyf said it when we where laughing incontrollably at my house n it was just the perfect moment! Its not good when its all pre-meditated it puts to much presure on it!

Reply 17

my bf whispered it in my ear randomly when we were out at some bar drinking

Reply 18

When you're both feeling particularly loved up? My gf first said it to me when we'd been out together with friends, and we were both a little drunk and very happy, a bit giggly. It wasn't premeditated, mind.

Don't lead up to it like some sort of marriage proposal. Just say it when she does something particularly adorable (perhaps not in the middle of a bj)
