If I upload my work before her, will I still get into trouble if she copied it?

This girl had a sample of my essay as she didn't have a clue what to write. Anyway, she said she did not copy it but I am not too sure. If I upload my work into turnitin before she does, and if she plagiarised - will she be the one who will get into trouble as I am the one who did it before her?
Yes, definitely the one who submit second will be caught for plagiarism.

Only if your lecturers don't have a brain. It doesn't take a genius to figure out that when deciding on who copied and who was copied from it doesn't matter who submitted it first.
