twisting and turning art project Watch

hi, For my gcse art folder I have to base it on 'twisting and turning' so far I have drawn things like screws, plaits, rope and bike chains but I need to do more drawings of different things. does anyone have any ideas of what I can do?

A door knob, spiral staircase, a surfboard on the waves, a fish, Rubiks cube, a road, a hair plait?

Hope those are of some help

I tried a staircase before and I really badly failed

You could do lids, like the ones on top of bottles. And tornadoes, but they may be hard to draw

Do you just have to draw? I could think of so many ideas if it weren't limited to drawings.

How about...
Curly hair
Cloth wrapped around something or string wrapped around something really tightly so it looks trapped.. hehe
Fingers, legs, arms, necks ... make it weird and surreal. it will be fun.
Someone dancing... so their movements would be like spinning and twisting
Food, like spaghetti ... mmmm .. or candy floss..? don't know how that would work...
Rope, chains, pipes, gears, something industrial
key in a lock..?

And if it doesn't have to be literal twisting and turning you could do a strange/unfortunate turn of events

Well we have to draw things then paint take pictures can use chalks oil pastels crayons

I think dancing is a good idea Or moving around underwater. Going down the less literal, twisting and turning story route would be interesting too.
