GCSE Choices?!

So I need to choose my GCSEs and I want to have a carreer in science when I'm older. I am projected to get A's and A*s in all my subjects. I am going to take triple science if I am offered. I also want to go to 6th form and uni.

so far these are my choices:
art
electronic products
french
history or geography

I don't know whether to take history or geography. I have better levels in history but I'm not sure.

I mean that I am currently working at a higher standard in history (I am trying to choose my GCSEs).

There both probably equal to me.
