in a pickle

I joined plenty of fish the other day and came across the guy that my friend is seeing, to make things worse he sent me a message saying Hey :smile: how are you? He hasn't ever met me so I don't think he knows who I am. Should I tell her? I've been talking to another friend and they are telling me not to?!
Yeah tell her. I got a message from a friends ex and a friends boyfriend on there and I told them both, it'd seem weird if I didn't.
TELL YOUR MATE! Sounds like a cheating prick shes best rid of!
Yeah, I would tell her. She's obviously going to be hurt, but by the sounds of it she will be hurt by him a lot more in the long run.

Tell her, but try to do so sensitively and that you're doing it for her best interests.
She might be upset and angry with you at first, but she'll come to realise that actually you're being a really good friend.
