GCSE Core Science
GCSE Additional Science
GCSE Further Additional Science
and GCSE Additional Applied Science
and why if a student is studying Double Science they will only get two GCSEs if they have to take THREE exams in Biology, Chemistry and Physics?
I'm homeschooled and i'm studying Edexcel IGCSE Science, For Edexcel IGCSE you study the three sciences on their own.

Core is fundamental and it covers basic aspects on the three subject areas
Additional goes far more in depth in all of them and usually this is looked at when you apply for an a level in science as this is the requirement they look for
Triple is having is individual gcses in all three sciences

Additional= Double Science
And Further Additional= Triple Science/
And I didn't get your last bit, how come Additional Science is only classed as two gcses?
