Sheffield or Edinburgh

I've got offers from both these uni's for AAB.
Sheffield is economics and politics and Edinburgh is just politics, i feel like Sheffield has a better course as i really enjoy economics but Edinburgh as a uni is more internationally renowned and the city itself is nicer.
Just wanted to know peoples opinions on this choice as i really am stumped.
Thanks

After LSE, Oxford and Cambridge, Edinburgh and Sheffield probably have two of the best Politics programmes in the UK. Edinburgh has the advantage of a better general reputation, and indeed, better proximate faculties in History and Philosophy. That said, it probably comes down to your general and academic preferences - I would flick through the faculty pages, module options and get a sense of the two cities. IMO, Edinburgh is one of the UK's best cities.
