Help needed with AS Level AQA English Literature & Language

Hello! I am currently doing my AS Level in English Lit&Lang but I am really struggling with how to lay out my essays/exam answers so that I don't get myself jumbled - I really need a plan but I don't know how to set them out...

My exam consists of an ELLA 1 paper and an ELLA 2 paper. ELLA 1 is an analytical Q and a creative writing piece on either A Streetcar Named Desire or The Kite Runner (we have to answer both Qs on the different piece - I will do my analysis on Streetcar). ELLA 2 consists of an extract piece on Measure for Measure (Shakespeare) and a transcript analysis piece.

I really dont know how to go about with the best way of answering it! I just need a basic plan for them and a basic exam layout when I come to answer it.
