There are a few things here:

Firstly, it sounds like you're being blackmailed. Blackmailing is illegal and sexual blackmail would be taken very seriously by the police (and your school). I'm not saying you should call the police, maybe that's a bit drastic, but you could remind this fella that there are serious consequences for these kinds of actions.

This could quite possibly break Facebook's (and I presume other social media websites') terms and conditions specifically 3.6, 3.7 (if you sent nudes), 3.9 (see blackmail), 5.1, and if he uses a fake account to do it: 4.1 and 4.2. Because of all this, you could report him and get them removed fairly quickly.

If you sent him nudes and you're under 18, of course this is child pornography and breaks every rule in the book, it'd be very stupid for him to post them, and you could have him big time if he does. If you're above 18, this is still probably illegal, the Mirror gives a helpful guide to why.

If you're under 18 (I'm assuming above 14) head to CEOP.
