Is it socially acceptable to like dubsteppe music?

I was listening to some dubsteppe last night and I was quite enjoying the breakdowns.

However, do only goths and emos listen to dubsteppe?

It isn't socially acceptable to call it dubsteppe.
The music is totally fine.
I thought goths and emos are more into bands like My Chemical Romance?
Yes it is ok to like dubstep, the people you find that don't like it are generally those who have only heard bad stuff or are the type of people that like to dislike things. Of course it isn't for some people but those who judge people on it are dicks.

I liked the build up and 2nd drop but 1st drop was a bit weak for me. If you want to see a whole range of EDM check out:

Great channel to hear different types and see what you like to find more like it.
It is morally reprehensible.

Thanks, I'm having a look now.
I think you're mixing up your subcultures.
There is nothing wrong with Dub-step. Emos? I though they listen to hipster music?

Dubstep has a very bad reputation where I come from.
I'm black and up until Kendrick's new album dropped, that's all I was listening to. Love it so damn much haha, Zomboy especially!

Nothing wrong with dubstep. It's not my favourite music genre, but everyone is entitled to their own music taste. People who put you down for listening to your own thing are just narrow-minded.
