Does anyone know the minimum London based stipend for ERC?
So I have come to the end of my funded time for my PhD, but my supervisor's been quite happy to keep telling me not to worry, an extension wouldn't be a problem, and it seems it isn't. I just had a meeting with one of the finance admins and him and it all went well...
EXCEPT
I'm going onto a new grant (ERC) but the number they quoted in the room was significantly down on what I was getting before, and is probably the lowest number I've heard in relation to anyone getting a stipend in London. I can't find an ERC funded project that quotes this low. It's pretty much unworkable unless I make major changes in my already stretched lifestyle. I know, moan moan moan, I'm getting funded, but it comes as a bit of a blow when the rents' due in a week.
I've searched the ERC website, but does anyone know if the ERC have a minimum limit because I'm freaking out a bit.
