Hookup or feelings?

Hey, just need some advice about a guy situation
To give context: We are both in 3rd year and we go to different unis but they are in the same city -

I used to really like this guy but then we stopped being a thing cuz things fizzled out - a few months later we got with each other again and I slept over at his after a night out. We didn't have sex even tho he suggested it cuz I take things slow.
Just wondering the difference in how a guy acts with a girl he just sees as a hook up compared to one he has genuine feelings for -

Is it normal to:
chat most of the night - he keeps on wanting to talk
Let her sleep in til the late afternoon, tell her she can stay and sleep in + cancel plans for her
hold hands and cuddle til the late afternoon
tell his flatmates when he went to the toilet that it was me staying over

Does it sound like he was just looking for a hookup or do u think he still has feelings for me? I am so confused.
Im just curious to know how guys usually act with one-night stands/girls that come back with them from a night out in order to see if its just normal behaviour or if it means anything.
