Hi, I have withdrawn from a university two months ago which I started in september and cancelled my student loan, I was not sure whether I would be going to university so completely stopped my student loan. I have paid back the amounts I am supposed to straight away as I didn't need them anymore.
I have recently reapplied for a different university and will have to reapply for a student loan.
I was wondering whether this will affect my new application in any way the fact I have already applied before?
Thank you

Hello Heyeso,

Any previous study you undertake will be counted towards your entitlement to future funding.

If the course that you have withdrawn from is the only time you have attended & had funding from us then you will be able to count this as your Gift Year which means you will be able to get funding for your new course.

Thanks
