Hi, I'm a bit confused as to what is meant by Legal Help, as my textbook and the mark scheme say slightly different things. So, would this be a satisfactory answer to a question asking about Legal Help?:

Legal Help is a specific type of Legal Aid, which, under the Access to Justice Act 1999, is only available to those who are unemployed (unless they have significant savings), those on Income Support, and those on Job Seeker's Allowance. Legal Help is a government-funded, advice scheme (through the Legal Services Commission), which offers initial advice regarding the client's problem. This advice may come from either a solicitor or other specialist agencies, such as the Citizens Advice Bureau, trade unions, or motoring organisations, whom will give advice to their members regarding motoring matters. This is a free service available to people who qualify under the aforementioned means test.

Is this all correct? Thanks for your help
