Referring to the buoyancy force? A question would help people to give a worthwhile answer.

Buoyancy is the upwards force generated when an object displaces a volume of fluid as it is submerged.

F_{B} = \rho_{Fluid}gV

If you know how to resolve forces and that pressure in a fluid is related to height, you can do a simple force balance to get the above result.
