Hey

I received a letter from student finance this morning telling me that my application had not been accepted due to the profession of the counter-signer on my identity confirmation form.

On one of the accompanying pieces of information it stated that a post office official would be acceptable, so I'm confused as to why it's been sent back?

Cheers,

Martin

Hello Martin6

A post office official would be able to sign your Birth Certificate Declaration form, in order for us to check the exact reason this has not been accepted please call us on 0300 100 0607.

Thanks

Cheers for the reply

I have rung them and have been informed that it was because she had put "Post office Mistress" on the form instead of "Post office Official" and the wording must be exact :P
