I need to pick my insurance option, and I am between either Warwick and Leeds.

Pros of Warwick: +More reputable overall
+Closer to London, so I can go visit my family more often

Pros of Leeds: +I like the course (Chemical and Materials Engineering)
+I heard night life there is very good
+I think that is more reputable for engineering

Cons of Warwick: -Life is boring (I live in Leamington Spa already and don't like it)
-They offer a course I am okay with and wouldn't bother studying (General Engineering), but don't like it as much as the one at Leeds

Cons of Leeds: -Not as reputable as Warwick and does not have as much academic prestige
-Far from London, would be a hustle to go to London and visit my family when they come
-Not as reputable overall as Warwick

Any thoughts?

Leeds, as you like the course better.

Having not read the thread, I was going to say Warwick due to the better reputation, and my own personal bias.

However, since reading it, you seem to care much for the course at Warwick. This is what you're going to spend the next 3-4 years studying, and so it has to be something you'll enjoy. I'd say go for Leeds.

Before reading the thread, I would say defo say go for Warwick as it is far more prestigious, but you do need to be content with your degree so if Leeds makes you happy, so be it. Good luck
